“I have 72 staff on my books, of which 50 are on the payroll every week, and that is set to rise as my business continues to expand, so it makes good economic sense to have our own vehicles,” Jamie explains. “The staff are very proud of being part of Kare Plus and are delighted with the idea; of course, liveried vehicles will substantially increase visibility of our brand around the region too – basically, it’s a no-brainer!”
According to Franchise Manager Andy Pitt, Jamie is a great example of a franchisee with dedication, ambition and commitment to quality. Although several Kare Plus franchise owners do have a background in healthcare, Jamie formerly worked in the financial services sector; Andy says Jamie was quick to recognise the fantastic business potential of the franchise and with the full support of the Kare Plus management team, is making a great success of his business.
