Heritage Healthcare was previously listed as a Provisional Member of the bfa. The company is now much more established as a franchise, with a franchise model, policies, procedures and systems capable of supporting multiple franchise outlets. The improvements made to the business, its growth and development are recognised by the upgrade to Associate membership.
The franchise has had a fantastic start within the industry, with Director Michelle Fenwick receiving the first Qualified Franchise Professional award in homecare, and now, listed as one of only three finalists for the bfa Emerging Franchisor of the Year Award.
Heritage Healthcare CEO, Glenn Pickersgill said: “Joining the bfa was never in question for us when we first started to franchise. We share the same values, and we were and continue to be, committed to growing our franchise network ethically and responsibly.”
“We are passionate about the bfa and what it stands for. We believe that we have passed this ethos on to our franchisees and are proud to say that all franchisees are bfa members.”
