Yvette began her career in the health and social care sector in 1980, working as a nursing assistant in St Johns Hospital, Aylesbury, where she qualified as a psychiatric nurse.
Since then, she has worked within a number of care home and homecare business, building both knowledge and experience.
Qualified to a high level, Yvette has achieved a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Managing Health and Care Services, an NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management in Care, a Level 3 in End of Life and a Level 5 Safeguarding. She also has over 25 years of experience within the care sector.
Yvette has worked as registered care manager of numerous branches and as regional manager covering a wide geographical area. Her dedication to providing expert quality care and ensuring all appropriate standard within all roles, has led to the growth and development of each of her previous offices.
Based in London, Yvette will provide a key link between franchisees and the Heritage Healthcare head office. She will assist in the training and support of franchisees and assist franchisees in operating an efficient and developing business. She will also assist the existing support team based at the Heritage Healthcare head office in monitoring the performance of franchise offices, as well as assisting franchisees to identify new business opportunities to ensure growth.
