Heritage Healthcare has had an extremely successful spring. The team travelled down to London, where we held our first Discovery Day in April, giving opportunity to potential franchisees to learn more about the Heritage Healthcare brand. Our franchising network has doubled in size and we are privileged to have joining us; Mark and Michael – Trafford, Anthonia - Barnet, Adrian and Romola - Windsor, Patricia and Elizabeth - Bromley and Ayaan – Kensington.
Our new franchisees joined Directors Michelle Fenwick QFP and Amanda Jackson at Heritage House, to participate in our intensive two week training course; covering all aspects of providing quality care and managing a successful Heritage Healthcare franchise.
Mark and Michael have launched and are caring for clients in the areas of Trafford, Sale and Stockport. The father and son team are extremely committed to ensuring their clients receive the best care possible and have adopted survey software “Surveyme”, to allow for continuous improvement and complete transparency.
Anthonia has vast experience within Social care and has dedicated the last 17 years to working with vulnerable people, particularly the elderly and people with learning difficulties or mental health problems. Anthonia is awaiting her CQC registration within the Barnet area. Her branch is in the final stages of preparations to launch and is raring to go with the community already noticing her lovely Heritage Healthcare vehicle.
Adrian and Romola, have recruited their Registered Care Manager and will soon be submitting their CQC registration. The husband and wife team, who first met while volunteering with charity Mencap, experienced first-hand the difficulties in finding a care company that could understand their individual needs whilst seeking care for family members. They took it upon themselves to enter the care market so they could provide something better.
Patricia and Elizabeth recently completed training at Heritage House. They now have their office secured and have recruited their registered care manager.
Ayaan has also completed her training and is recruiting a registered care manager.
Heritage Healthcare Director, Michelle Fenwick QFP, said: “People are seeing the huge potential a Heritage Healthcare Franchise offers in both providing a profitable business and also providing a feel good service which benefits the wider community”.
“Some of our franchisees have a background of working within care and see our franchise as an exciting opportunity to own and run their own home care business, whilst having the continued help and support from our experienced team”.
“Whilst others have experienced poor services and have took it upon themselves to provide better care for their communities. Ageing population and a growing demand for high quality, professional home care services ensure that home care is a fast-paced and rewarding sector to be involved in and I'm really looking forward to working with all of our new franchisees in helping them to achieve their potential”
