“As a result of this increasing need, we applied for and received CQC authorisation for a new office in Hazlemere. Having an office here means our customers and care workers can access us easily and we can be readily available with help and support,” Janis continued.
The Aylesbury office is the centre for administration and management of the substantial home care provision in mid and north Buckinghamshire, while the High Wycombe office serves local customers and care workers in and around the town and manages the growing Habito live-in care service.
Janis concluded: “Customers have ease of access through one telephone number which transfers them to their chosen office and a local office where they can meet and chat to the care manager and supervisors. Care workers have local offices where they can meet and talk about their work. This means that Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) remains fully committed to a local presence, providing high quality home care to those in need in Buckinghamshire.”
