Ms Laurens comes with a wealth of experience from working in adult social care in the area of autism, as Regional Manager and Service Development Manager. More recently Ms Laurens has worked in sales, marketing and business development for various industries.
Currently, Ms Laurens is undergoing her induction programme, which includes shadow support visits meeting her franchisees and attending regional meetings, prior to her undertaking the Caremark Franchisee Training Course at the end of the month.
The Franchisee Training Course is delivered to all new franchisees as well as new members of Caremark’s support team, giving them a comprehensive understanding of Caremark’s business model as well as an in-depth view of the care industry and current legislation.
