Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) were recognised for their extraordinary levels of growth within the first six months of 2013 whilst maintaining a high quality service. With strong focus on valuing and supporting staff, this franchisee has successfully built a professional and dedicated team of staff enabling the business to maintain growth without compromising quality of service.
Reflecting on his award, Managing Director, Charles Folkes commented, “2013 was another challenging year with ever increasing pressure on budgets and margins. Their focus on following the Caremark model and maintaining high quality was recognized with this sought after award.
