The Platinum Club operates to reward franchisees for their success throughout the year. The special event is held quarterly (March, June, September and December) and is based around the group being taken to an exclusive venue for the day and enjoying a specific activity, as well as some fine dining.
Franchisees have the chance to qualify for the Platinum Club each month through various means:
- Through a nomination from their Regional Support Manager for the company in-house Franchisee of the Month Award. The winner of this monthly Caremark award will then go forward and qualify for the next Platinum Club event.
- By achieving a specific level of performance over three consecutive months. If this is maintained or increased, they may be considered for the next quarterly event.
- A franchisee who demonstrates excellent growth in their business and consistently follows the Caremark business model. This may apply to a new business or a more established franchisee.
The special occasion usually focuses on a visit to a prestigious location with a day of prearranged activities, followed by a gourmet lunch or dinner. The event enables participants to relax together in an exclusive environment and enjoy the company of fellow franchisees, whilst taking time out from their business to celebrate their success.
The Platinum Club has seen franchisees enjoy visits to prime locations around the UK, take part in a day of culinary adventure under the auspices of a top chef and try out clay pigeon shooting, to name a few activities. The next Platinum Club event takes place mid-September and the lucky winners will be announced shortly!
