Ms Brewis is now looking forward to starting her Initial Franchisee Training course later this month, held at Caremark’s head office in West Sussex. The course is an intensive two week residential training course designed to comprehensively cover the delivery of the service and all aspects of business development; equipping new franchise owners with the necessary knowledge and know-how to start their new care business.
Ms Brewis has considerable experience within the field of care and is passionate about caring for others. Aside from her day-to-day work, she gives time to working with the charity Marie Curie Cancer Research. She is an experienced business professional, having run her own London-based agency for many years and has latterly been a director of a care worker training company.
Caremark’s Franchise Recruitment Manager Claire Collins commented: “We are delighted to have Kate join us and feel confident that she will be an excellent franchisee. She is passionate about the care business, and is a highly effective business professional – both traits we seek in candidates for our network.”
Caremark has a network of franchised offices throughout the UK providing care and support services to vulnerable individuals of all ages, abilities and ethnicities within their own homes. The personalised service that Caremark delivers enables clients to remain living safely and independently at home and to maintain their chosen activities within their communities.
