Caremark’s nationwide network of franchisees provide high quality care and support to adults and children of all abilities, within their own homes and the wider community.
The Autumn Event at the Holiday Inn, Stratford saw Caremark’s Central Support Team and franchisees from the UK network gather to celebrate the group’s on-going success and to hear the future plans for developing the network.
Craig Henthorn, Managing Director, Caremark utilised the day to recognise achievements within the network, celebrate the group’s success, share best practice and provide an opportunity for franchisees to network with their peers.
Notable achievements included: recent launch of Caremark’s e-learning system; the continued growth in hours of care provided by the network, with at least 50% of the network delivering over 1000 hours of care per week; a new master franchisor for Caremark Ireland and the imminent launch of Caremark ‘s first international office in Malta.
Individual franchisees were recognised for particular growth and development in their business, whether it was for their drive in recruiting care and support workers, their ability to overcome obstacles in the development of their business, their strong growth within the private sector, their uptake of the e-learning system or their overall compliance with the Caremark model and subsequent strong business development.
Following the more formal presentations in the morning, delegates were able to relax over a buffet lunch and take advantage of the opportunity to network with fellow franchisees and members of the Central Support Team.
With business continuing to grow month on month, Caremark are aiming to complete their network within two years, by adding quality people to their expanding franchise network.
