Brian Duckett, Chairman of the event’s co-organisers The Franchising Centre, said “Just when we all thought we were becoming quite internet savvy, it seems businesses are now being almost constantly bombarded with a new wave of threats and opportunities that we have to assess and, where necessary, adapt to. Our event is designed to specifically look at the digital issues that franchisors are faced with and provide some clarity on what action they need to take.”
Guest speakers include Stefan Wissenbach, a leader in the field of people engagement, who will introduce an exciting new digital platform for helping franchisors improve engagement levels with franchisees to achieve improved performance. Also, Graham Jones, an expert in human behaviour in the digital age will provide a psychologist’s view on the two changes to human behaviour happening right now that franchisors need to adapt to. In addition, there will opportunities to hear from leading franchisors about the threats and opportunities that they are facing and how they are dealing with them through panel and Q&A sessions.
Nick Strong, of co-organisers Franchise Intelligence, commented “As always, there will be a suppliers exhibition with specialist franchise products and services designed to help franchisors manage their businesses more efficiently and profitably. Franchisors can get all of their suppler shopping done in one day!”.
