After a few months of diligent research and planning Paul, (more details about Paul after his launch – he’s a bit busy at the moment), is in the process of completing his training in the UK having already been across to Michigan to the International Headquarters for his first round of training.
Staff from the UK headquarters have been working with Paul identifying appropriate premises and helping to recruit his first members of staff. They have also been working with him finalising plans for the launch marketing program targeted for the end of July 2016.
As everything comes together it’s worth noting that getting a new business off to a great start doesn’t happen overnight, or by itself! Paul has put in some long hours refining his plans and getting the fundamentals in place ready to make a big noise in the South Wales removals market.
The support that is helping Paul launch his business has grown over many years, first in the U.S. and later in Ireland and the UK. It is constantly being developed and refined to account for changes in market conditions and developments in technology – as well as adapting to specific local markets.
