The US franchise network has just completed the roll-out of its new consumer-facing website. The site provides a modern solution, giving franchisees the opportunity to promote their services and automate bookings in their local area.
In the UK, the same leading-edge website structure was considered but it was felt that the UK network would benefit from a site developed specifically for the UK market. Therefore we will be taking all the best elements of the new US website and the current UK site and developing our own new consumer website.
The new site, which is being developed in the UK and should be ready for launch by early March 2015, will provide consumers with better direct access to their local TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® operator. It also allows the individual franchise owners greater scope to add local news and information to their individual web portal.
As with everything TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® do, the website will never be viewed as ‘finished’ as we will always be looking to improve our service offering. The UK franchisees have been involved in the consultation about the new website and their feedback and input will be vital in its ongoing development.
