Ashleigh, who runs Well Polished Wirral and Janine at Well Polished Chester have taken to their new roles like ducks to water!
Mike Campbell, our operations and logistics director, wanted the company to offer new franchisees first hand training from someone who genuinely lived and breathed the business. On the subject, he says:
‘There seemed little point in paying for an outside individual to deliver training on how to run a Well Polished franchise – how are they supposed to know what issues or problems a franchisee might come across? The answer was simple – let’s ask someone who’s been running their own franchise and has helped prove the success of our business model!’
The girls have up to now trained seven new franchisees and we hate to brag, but all training feedback forms have quite simply said ‘ten out of ten!’
Not only are Ashleigh and Janine presenting the five days of training at our head office in Birkenhead, they’re also taking on the roles of ‘mentor’ for the newly trained franchisees. For the first three months after going live with your Well Polished franchise, you get unlimited help from one of the girls – be it with using our online system, replying to a client or interviewing your cleaners – they’re there to guide and assist when required.
