Hosted by Betterclean Managing Director, Dan Van Kuyk, the Network Days are an opportunity for franchise owners from across the UK
to come together and share ideas and best practice as well as hearing about the latest innovations from the network.
A full day’s agenda was enthusiastically received by a full house of all the franchise owners - who contributed greatly to some lively and constructive discussions.
There were six main talking points on the day, with a review of a successful 2015 and the finalising of a strategic marketing plan for 2016 at the top of the list.
Up next on the agenda, delegates went on to consider local marketing opportunities and delved deeper into analysing the target markets for extra attention this year.
Completing the itinerary, there was then an informative discussion around network benchmarking. This included a performance monitoring and management session focused on the individual roles and staff of each franchise owner.
Rounding up a busy event in the West Country, the National Network Day saw the completion of the third and final filming session for the new customer promotional videos – being created to support franchise owners in marketing their businesses in their local areas.
Filming was also concluded on a new franchise promotional video, designed to update the key marketing messages behind Betterclean’s dynamic and evolving commercial cleaning business opportunity.
Both videos are now in the edit suite, due for release in early February.
It certainly looks as if 2016 will be a successful year for the whole Betterclean Services network.
