"The decision to become franchise partner at such a fast-growing company was absolutely right.”
While searching for an opportunity to become professionally independent, he discovered the mobile coffee shop on Franchise Direct and was enthusiastic straight away.
“I decided to get to know the Coffee-Bike team and visited one of their Franchise Information Days in the South of Germany, where I was welcomed with open arms and felt comfortable from the start”, says Semih Baran.
“I saw that the young company is a professionally thought-through franchise system, which is constantly being developed and optimised.”
Renting instead of buying: Minimise the investment costs
Semih Baran is fulfilling his dream of self-employment with the rental model.
“I want to realise my own ideas and aims and the Coffee-Bike offers me a very high degree of personal freedom. Additionally the rental model was an attractive starting possibility for me due to the low investment costs. Due to this low entry barrier more than 20 partners have already successfully started with their own Coffee-Bike since the beginning of this year.
As a future entrepreneur Semih Baran spotted the economic advantages immediately:
“In the context of self-employment I can earn the profit generated by my own achievements." However not only the financial arguments convinced him: “Moreover I can manage my own time and thanks to the possibility to operate the Bike self-sufficiently, I am not tied to a fixed location.”
The Coffee-Bike GmbH: young, dynamic, authentic
Since the company's founding in 2010 by Jan Sander and Tobias Zimmer, it is on the fast track. Now the company is also targeting the UK. More than 80 partners are already active worldwide as Coffee-Biker, many as multi-unit entrepreneurs, who already successfully operate two or more Bikes simultaneously. The anniversary Bike is a milestone in the company history for the whole team.
“Semih, with his dynamic character, is the ideal franchise partner for us and we are happy that he is the one to receive this special Coffee-Bike," says CEO Tobias Zimmer.
