This is the third year Premier has entered the awards and this particular accolade is given to those franchisors which have improved their support and service to their franchisees year on year.
The awards are based on the results of the Smith & Henderson Benchmark survey, an independent and industry recognised survey. The survey looks at a number of key areas within the franchise model, including Training & Support, The System, Culture & Relationships, Stewardship, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction.
We’ve invested significantly in our digital offerings in the last 18 months and have committed to continue this development and investment over the next year. We’re also moving the majority of our training programmes to an online platform, allowing you and your staff 24/7 access to the latest training aids to further support business and personal growth.
What we find most pleasing about this recognition, is it’s completely independent and based on feedback from our franchisees. This proves collectively we’re all heading in the right direction and helps direct us to the areas of support we need to provide over the next 12 months.
