No stranger to the role, Robert (42) brings with him a wealth of experience after serving six years as head of division for smart repair company Up-to-Scratch. He will be responsible for developing the business whilst implementing and managing the everyday operations at Revive!
Robert explained: "I am joining Revive! at such an exciting time. It's a brand with huge ambition, coupled with a desire to really listen to what customers want, which is a fantastic combination. I am delighted to be working with a company that understands the challenges facing the industry and is making changes to meet the ever-evolving needs of customers."
Robert’s appointment comes as the UK’s largest network of accredited smart repairers is experiencing unprecedented growth. Demand for the company’s vehicle bodywork and alloy wheel paint repair service is at an all-time high, mirroring the current volume of new and secondhand car sales.
Commenting on the appointment, Revive! managing director Mark Llewellyn said: "As a growing network, with ambitious plans, it is crucial that we invest in a robust team. Winning new business and developing relationships with existing customers is a key component of our growth strategy. I have every confidence that Robert will thrive in his new role and welcome him to our team."
