Continuing professional development together with social team building is a key element in how we help our franchise owners create genuine friendships and mutually profitable relationships – all of which helps the ERA community to better serve their clients.
Our experience shows that to operate at maximum effectiveness, our hard working franchise owners need time and space to unwind, enjoy themselves and learn new skills. That’s why we’re fully committed to our programme of rewarding personal development conferences and continuing to develop our social activities.
Headed by Stuart Stanhome, ERA’s personal development conferences are not only popular with our franchisees, but are a major reason why we’re one of the most productive and successful professional networks in the UK. Attendance at these voluntary events has increased throughout 2014, larger venues are being arranged for 2015 to meet demand!
Deploying a truly joined-up approach to the welfare and continuing education of our members, over the next year we’ll continue to continue blend informative seminars and conferences with great fun activities. Over the course of 2015 we will develop our support events for the networks Golf Society, as well as arranging track days in sports cars and tickets to see England football and cricket matches.
Also coming up in 2015, our network will have the chance to team-build and make valuable connections at our fishing day, a sailing event on the Solent – and on our ‘Ride The Regions’ charity event.
As the increasing participation in 2014’s activities prove, Stuart and his team have succeeded in designing a programme of events that foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and support across all our members. We’re working hard, playing hard and learning new skills.
“With an eclectic mix of educational, entertaining and inspiring activities to look forward to,” concludes Stuart Stanhome, “it’s fair to say there’s never been a better time to join the ERA franchise network.”
