Dan Ireland, UK Academy Manager, explains: “The exciting programme of training and keynote speakers is designed to be inspiring for our franchise partners as well as giving them an opportunity to benefit from strong relationships with their peers.”
Matt O'Neil, Head of Recruitment, hosted the conference and comments, “It was great to see our exceptional franchise partners, both new and old, discovering and learning how to be even more successful. As well as updates from across the network, we ran two workshops focusing on sales and projects.”
The keynote speaker was Richard Jackson of Mancroft International. He gave an inspiring talk on 'The Winning Edge’, he explained: “It isn’t what you know that drives success, it’s the way you think about what you know and very few people know how to think!”
Andy Kinnear who has recently celebrated his first year as an ERA franchise partner said “Seeing what others in the network are achieving and the level of earnings they are generating is a great motivator for me. The workshops were fantastic at re-enforcing some core skill sets and re-focusing me on not just ‘knowing’ what I should be doing but to motivate myself to ‘do it’ continuously!”
The evening was dedicated to celebrating success with our 2014 Award Ceremony.
