Now celebrating their 22nd year, the BFA awards have firmly established themselves as the top franchising industry accolade, recognising and celebrating the best in ethical franchising and highlighting tales of real achievement and the people behind them.
With reducing an organisations costs being discussed in board rooms across the UK, a dedicated programme was initiated three years ago to maximise opportunities for the Expense Reduction Analysts franchised network, which so far has included The Telegraph Business Club, The Herald (Scotland), Financial Director Awards, The Independent and Financial Director Magazine to name just a few.
Chris Aston, Marketing Director commented:
“It’s very exciting to be shortlisted and considered for the Express Newspapers Brand Builder of the Year Award, however full credit needs to go to not only the excellent marketing team but more importantly to the tremendous collaboration that we have with our franchise network. Quite simply if we did not have this level of relationship with our franchisees, then the various initiatives including our PR campaigns that we have run for the last three years would never have been achieved”.
“Within our industry, our credibility, brand perception and the way that it is positioned within key publications is absolutely fundamental to the growth of our business.”
“The strategy that we have developed with our PR programme is about positioning ourselves as the voice of authority on Cost, Purchase & Supplier Management, through the education and support of both clients, and future clients, ensuring that they understand the benefits of professional purchasing throughout their organisation and developing a cost conscious culture and making sure that everybody regardless of role, whether it being the CEO or the office junior, is responsibility for the profitability of that business.”
“Our franchised consultants help their clients to develop that cost conscious culture through a range of services including finding new suppliers and negotiating with existing suppliers to deliver savings, putting in professional procurement processes to ensure that savings are sustained and supplier management to ensure that suppliers and the client are aligned to ensure that savings are sustained over a period of time.”
The award winners will be announced at the BFA Gala Dinner on the 16th June, which coincides with FD Summit, an all day event which Expense Reduction Analysts are heavily involved with where top level Financial Directors discuss current issues they are facing.
