Already known for their extensive training and support, Auditel have rolled out a brand new training programme for their franchisees. The Auditel support team have been working for the last 18 months to build a new Business Educational Events programme. 96 franchisees have already completed the course and Auditel are looking forward to training more franchisees in the coming months.
Day one of the two day programme consisted of ‘How to plan, market, deliver and follow up on an educational event’. This workshop is useful for those franchisees who are new to running business educational seminars and events and provides all the information needed to ‘set the scene’ when presenting. Franchisees are provided with all the collateral and documents they need, therefore the workshop is a complete turnkey package.
Day two is based around Presentation Skills Training. If messages are not delivered in an interesting and effective way, it doesn’t matter how interesting the subject matter is, it will not be heard by the audience! This day of training teaches franchisees how to deliver presentations that reap results.
Delivering an educational event or seminar is just one of Auditel’s eight routes to market and it has proven itself to be one of the strongest. It is important that franchisees are trained in how to organise an event, get people there, deliver the presentation effectively and ultimately, win business.
This new programme is just another example of how Auditel constantly innovate and develop their business, training and support to ensure that franchisees remain up-to-date and leaders in the industry.
“We have spent the last 18 months planning and building this element of our training to help franchisees how to plan, market, deliver and follow up on an educational event. Franchisees must be able to organise their presentation and grab their delegates’ attention through interesting content, body language and vocal tones. We help franchisees to educate their delegates about Strategic Cost Management but they must also be able to win business from the events, we recognise this and have tailored our training to provide everything our franchisees need,” explains Matt Sidwell, Network Development Director of Auditel.
The programme has been extremely popular and successful so far and franchisees are engaging new clients using this educational technique.
- “During the workshop programme I learned a lot of the basics and the main trick of the trade which is confidence! It was well worth the trip to attend the training,” Rhys Brennan, Auditel franchisee since 2011.
- “Great session- ‘You can teach an old dog new tricks’ Andy Clark, Auditel franchisee since 2015
- “I learnt more new things than I expected - very good” Miles Hosking, Auditel franchisee since 2013
- “Informative, Stimulating” Pete Evans, Auditel franchisee since 2015
Our franchisees saw great results from the very first event held. From the event, franchisees had 25 delegates attending with 17 of those becoming warm leads. 7 of those leads agreed on the day to work with Auditel and 1 client has already signed up. These are great results and go to show the power of the training and this strong route to market.
