Paul recalls: “As a former banker and accountant, I wanted to run a business where my skills would be immediately transferable. I also enjoy being with organisations on a consultant basis, as I've worked as a management consultant in the past. I wanted to find a professional services franchise and I liked the Auditel brand.”
Asked how he rated the training, Paul said: “I loved every day and the way in which the information was provided. The skills test was very comprehensive. I enjoyed it thoroughly.”
Paul’s previous experience ranges from dealing with profitable and high profiled clients, to growing organisations faced with cash-flow challenges. This has given him a thorough understanding of how cost affects businesses. “I know how effective cost management can make a good company great!”
Now out in the marketplace, Paul is currently engaged with a number of associates, on a variety of prospects and projects. They work closely in an Auditel team of some seven consultants. Together, they bring a wealth of experience combined with significant business and industry knowledge.
Paul explains: “We collaborate on projects to deliver effective analysis and management of expenditure, across a wide range of sectors. However, should it be necessary, we can call on additional know-how from a network of over two hundred specialists and significantly augment our clients’ own in-house capability.”
