Here at Auditel’s headquarters in Winchester, training and support of new and existing franchisees has been developing throughout its 20 years’ of trading. The training offers commercial and business mentoring, sales and marketing, professional and personal development - tailored to the needs of each franchisee.
Matt Sidwell, Auditel’s Network Business Development Director, heads probably the largest training and support team in UK franchising. This includes 35 trainers and mentors plus the support of the new franchisee’s 200 colleagues, many of whom are specialists in a multitude of commercial and business activities. As Matt says, “We have introduced our Award-winning 5 year Mentoring Programme which is leading the way in franchise training development. We cover the field for new franchisees whatever their previous experience. This knowledge is made available through the company’s ongoing training and support, our unique Auditel Business Management System intranet and regular and local meetings. Our franchisees are further assisted by being accompanied on visits to their clients.
