One of the things I really enjoy about SmartPA is the diversity of our client base. We support governments, corporations and one-man consultancies across all sectors.
What's the difference between a SmartPA and a virtual PA?
The term 'Virtual PA' has connotations of a single person sitting at their computer. SmartPA has a large and talented workforce behind it, which offers a variety of skill sets. Our team tends to be middle management or above, and members need to complete our Training & Accreditation Programme before they can support any clients.
What are your biggest achievements to date?
From a business perspective, creating the fastest-growing franchise for women within the UK. We are now recruiting new partners on a global basis.
On a personal level, I raised money for charity by walking 54 miles in 22 hours through the Scottish Highlands.
What is your business motto?
You're not a product of your circumstances; you are a product of your decisions.
What motivates you?
Supporting our team to be as successful as they choose to be. Also meeting business milestones which will hopefully see SmartPA becoming a global success.
