The Key Elements of the Building & Handyman Franchise Relationship
Your Franchise Agreement: This contains details of both our and your obligations. It also grants you the rights to use our company name, logo, our business model, intellectual property as well as our training and technical advice.
Your Territory: We will grant you a specific territory within the area that you live. You will also have the opportunity to appoint and train your own team of dedicated people to meet the demand from your territory. You may be given an opportunity to service customers from outside of your territory subject to our written agreement.
The Financial Linkages: In principal these include your Initial Fee, Training Fee, Launch Fee and an on-going Management Service Fee.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for driven individuals who will embrace a challenge but want a business they can run and influence through their own dedication. A DIY knowledge is highly beneficial. The quoting process will be taught during training.
