Subway Announces New Franchise Opportunities

It plans to open 600 new outlets which could account for the creation of over 7,000 jobs. The franchise currently employs approximately 16,000 people across the UK and Ireland in 1,400 outlets owned by 660 franchisees. In December 08 and Jan 09 alone, Subway has opened 22 new UK outlets. It plans to create the new jobs through new franchisee recruitment.
