There are three different opportunities available with Texas Chicken in the UK. They are:

Single Unit Franchise Owner

• Exclusivity within a defined distance of their location
• Pays a Franchise Fee for the exclusive right to the revenue stream from their restaurant
• Keeps 100% of all profits from the operation of the restaurant

Multi-Unit Developer

• Exclusivity within a defined distance of their location
• Will agree to a schedule for developing up to 5 restaurants
• Pays Franchise Fees for the exclusive right to the revenue stream from each of their restaurants
• Keeps 100% of all profits from the operation of the restaurants

Area Developer

• Exclusivity within an agreed development area
• Works to a development schedule
• Ability to Sub Franchise after one year of proven success
• Owns at least 35% of all Restaurants in the development area
• Invests in infrastructure to support sub franchise owners
