The very first EX Freshies launched in Times Square, Dubai and is already taking lots of orders for “Strippers” (Teriyaki chicken salad) and “Cow Tippers” (beef, vegetable and noodle stir-fry). Three more EX Freshies are now up & running successfully, all in Dubai.

The first EX Freshies in the UK will open in Guildford in March 2009. Other locations in the UK and overseas are already in the pipeline. We are currently recruiting worldwide, with Master Franchise Partnerships still available.

Proposed Format: Basic Requirements

• Unit size 1500 – 2000sqft (flexible dependant on location)
• Central and/or commercial area such as a High Streets, Shopping Mall’s, and other popular shopping destinations high foot fall required
• ‘A3’ restaurant/café planning use require 

Franchise Investment:	£300,000+ Inclusive, The breakdown is as follows:
Franchise Agreement:	10 Years + negotiable
Entry Fee:	Depends on the territory
Management Service Fee (Royalty):	5% on the Gross Turnover (excl VAT)
Advertising Fee:	1% on the Gross Turnover (excl VAT)
Furniture & Equipment:	Approx. £250,000, but each fit out is individual to each location
