About Us
We offer our customers extremely high quality loft conversions with a professional service that is rare to find in the building industry.
Joining us, you will be amongst the few loft conversion business that offer a full service from boarding-out lofts, through full standard velux conversions, Pike Dormers, Hip Dormers and Back Dormers to Garage and Basement Conversions (once you have proven your quality of service on lofts).
In short, we provide space to our customers at a cost that is cheaper than the value that space adds to their properties.

Maximised opportunities for profit
Our Franchise Joining Fee is just £7,000 + VAT- BUT, if you are in a territory that we are targeting, we may waive the franchise fee so that joining us is FREE!
- A full package of equipment can cost under £10,000, depending on the office equipment, tools and vehicle that you may already have
- In other words, NO equipment costs if you are already in the trade and have the tools!
- Your working capital requirements are low as you will start from a home office
- A Pinnacle Lofts franchise can start to operate with a staff of the franchisee alone – as your building teams will always be subcontracted. You need only take on fulltime staff (i.e. a foreman or administrative/sales assistant) once you have healthy sales
- Everything you need to start trading, including your first van, office equipment and tools is included in our modestly priced turnkey franchise package.
- You don’t need to rent an office as you can start trading from a home office
- You don’t need to maintain any stocks, the materials for all jobs are delivered job-by-job at the kerbside of the customer’s property
- Your vehicles can be leased
As an example, a franchisee that sold a targeted 20 loft conversions in a year, running just one build team, might turnover around £300,000 and take home profits of around £90,000 to £120,000.
