At FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, all the complicated aspects of finding and arranging a mortgage is taken care of by us, we find your clients a highly competitive mortgage from our panel of over 40 carefully selected UK lenders, We complete the paperwork, we even organise and send a document collector to the clients home to sign the paperwork and then we process their mortgage applications in house.
All you have to do is initiate contact with the client on the telephone and enter their details and requirements into our bespoke software system, we will then find the best mortgage deals available and send them back to you to present to your clients over the telephone..................it really is that simple!
Our philosophy is to provide an opportunity that will appeal to a wide range of people from all backgrounds and of all persuasions and circumstances, this opportunity will sit just as easily with a single mother looking to work for just a few hours in the evenings to an individual looking for a new full time career and it will even cater for someone who is looking to build a whole team of mortgage advisers or mortgage arrangers. We have a package and the flexibility to suit everyone’s needs.
FINANCIALS
As a franchisee operating as a mortgage sales agent you are able to sell on an advised, or non advised basis depending on whether you are qualified or not, commission is paid at exactly the same rate so you are not financially penalised if you do not hold any industry qualifications, our opportunity is open to all. You can earn from between 40% and 75% of the net fee charged dependant on what franchise package has been chosen and how the lead has been generated plus we give you 55% of the commission received from the lender.
At the Bronze level, which is our entry level package, just four sales per month or one sale per week will attract an annual income in the region of £34,000 giving a return that is over ten times the initial investment in just 12 months.
The Silver package which is designed for full time usage can comfortably provide an income in excess of £40,000 per annum based again on just one sale per week.
The Gold package can attract over £46,000 per annum for the same volume of sales and this package allows up to four users at no additional cost which means the potential combined income for this package is far in excess of £185,000 per annum at minimal sales volumes.
